Change in the legal form of the company

Based on the Project of Change of Legal Form of October 24, 2024, approved by the General Meeting on December 14, 2024, ELPOR s.r.o. (registered office at Dlouhá 53, Bohosudov, 417 42 Krupka, ID No.: 402 30 279) changed its legal form from a limited liability company (s.r.o. / LLC) to a limited partnership (k.s. / LP). The Company’s name has thus changed as follows: ELPOR k.s.
